Our Preschool children begin their first school experience filled with excitement, wonder, and sometimes a little apprehension. At Saint Mary School, each child is welcomed into a nurturing and supportive environment where they feel safe, valued, and encouraged to explore. Through simple prayers, stories, and daily acts of kindness, children are gently introduced to faith as part of everyday life.

Our caring and dedicated teachers understand the unique needs of young learners and thoughtfully support each child as they grow in independence, confidence, and curiosity. Learning is joyful and engaging, with academic skills intentionally woven into play-based experiences. Through exploration, hands-on activities, creative play, and guided discovery, children develop early foundations in language, literacy, mathematics, and social development.

Play is purposeful and guided, encouraging communication, problem-solving, cooperation, and imagination. Daily routines and meaningful classroom experiences help children build strong social skills, self-regulation, and a sense of belonging within the school community.

Our Preschool program is thoughtfully designed to prepare children for a successful transition to kindergarten by fostering a love of learning, building early academic skills, and developing the social and emotional readiness needed for the next stage of their educational journey.
