Athletics

Registration for the Spring Season has closed.

Our season will kick off on Tuesday, March 24th, for Grades K-4 and Thursday, March 26th, for Grades 5-8. Ms. McDonald and Mrs. Harron are our Track and Field Coaches.

This season, we will participate in three meets:

• Sunday, April 26th at 12:00 pm – St Joseph Trumbull

• Sunday, May 17th at 12:00 pm – Immaculate High School, Danbury

• Sunday, May 31st at 12:00 pm – Championship Meet at Immaculate High School

Practices will be held on Tuesday for Grades K-4 from 2:30 pm to 3:30 pm, and on Thursdays for Grades 5-8 from 2:30 pm to 3:30 pm, both at Saint Mary School.

• K-4 Practice dates (Tuesdays): 3/24, 3/31, 4/14, 4/21, 4/28, 5/5, 5/12, 5/19, 5/26

• Grades 5-8 Practice dates (Thursdays): 3/26, 4/16, 4/23, 4/30, 5/7, 5/14, 5/21, 5/28

We will also need parent volunteers for Co-Coaching at practices and at the meets. Since we practice outside, this will ensure the safety of our runners. Parents of all participating students should be aware that they are responsible for any medical expenses that may arise out of injury occurring to their child in the course of these athletic events. Parents will also be responsible for their child’s or children’s
transportation to and from Immaculate High School and St. Joseph High School for meet dates. Parents are expected to stay at the event as long as their child or children are participating.

The registration fee for Track & Field will be $125. Please register below. All charges will be made directly to your FACTS
account. Please note that there will be no refunds. Volunteer options will be available during your sign-up.
